The Smash Room Cancellation Policy

In the event of a rehearsal session being cancelled, the following charges will apply:

• More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge
• 24–48 hours’ notice: Half of the session fee is payable
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show: The full session fee is payable

As with all rehearsal rooms, it is important for us to keep our rooms filled in order to remain a sustainable business. Last-minute cancellations are extremely difficult to refill at short notice, have a significant impact on our income and can prevent other bands from booking.

For this reason, this cancellation policy applies to all rehearsal bookings.

All cancellation fees must be paid within 24 hours of cancellation.

Payment details will be provided when a cancellation fee is due.
