Rehearsal Rooms
The Smash Room is an independent rehearsal-room, music retail and electronic-repair centre in Telford. Established in 2009 by musicians Andrew and Steven Eastment, it gives local and travelling artists a reliable, well-equipped place to rehearse, buy music essentials and get honest technical help.

Rehearsal rooms are £15 per hour, Monday–Friday, 4pm–10pm. Drum shells and stands, guitar and bass amplifiers, vocal microphones and PA are provided; drummers bring their own cymbals.
Advance price notice: rehearsal hire will increase to £16 per hour from 1 November 2026 due to increased premises costs, including our rent increase.
More than rehearsal rooms. Electronic Repairs UK operates from the same Telford site, alongside our shop and used-gear service. Recording bookings are currently paused, with previous studio work preserved in our Studio Archive.
Studio Archive
Recording has played an important part in The Smash Room’s history. New recording bookings are currently paused, but previous recordings, studio equipment and history remain available in our Studio Archive.
In-house electronic repairs: Electronic Repairs UK operates from the same site, providing experienced diagnostics and repairs for amplifiers, mixers, powered speakers and other musical electronics.
