Community music. Real connection. More confidence.
Smashroom Music & Wellbeing CIC is a separate Community Interest Company based at The Smash Room. We use music to help people build confidence, make connections and support their wellbeing in a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental environment.
No audition. No pressure. No previous experience needed.

A welcoming creative space
Sessions are community-led and centred on encouragement, choice and shared experience. You can join in, try something new or simply be present with others.

Community-led, not clinical. These activities are not clinical therapy or formal music tuition. They are positive, shared music experiences designed to support confidence, connection and wellbeing.
